A team of The Fruit Republic registered to join 10,000 runners that are expected to take part in the first Ho Chi Minh City Marathon on January 14, 2018.
The event has been renamed from the annual Ho Chi Minh City Run held since 2013.
Pulse Active company, the race organiser, said the new event would be divided into a full marathon (42km), a half marathon (21km) and other events over 10km, 5km and 3km. Longer distances will pass over Phu My Bridge.
The team of The Fruit Republic will compete in distances 0f 5km, 10km and 21km.
