Our iceberg lettuce is grown by our GAP certified farmers at the highest available altitude in the Dalat area (1600m). During the dry season we cultivate our iceberg lettuce in the open field, while in the rainy season our iceberg is grown in greenhouses. This production system ensures year-round supply, while the high altitude results in a very crisp and sweet tasting lettuce.
Our team of agronomists and QA staff ensure that all our vegetables, and iceberg lettuce in particular, complies with one of the strictest production standards which there is available.
As a result of this dedicated work, we are very proud to be selected as the exclusive supplier in Vietnam for the fast growing number of restaurants of one of the most famous brands in the world. For the ultimate convenience of our customer we have developed a brand-new production line for shredded iceberg lettuce and other lettuce mixes in a special high care room.
