Every year TFR donates 10 talented students a BSc scholarship to attend Can Tho University (CTU). Can Tho University (CTU) is the biggest university in the Mekong delta. Since its founding in 1966, CTU has grown to about 54,000 undergraduate students, 3,000 master students, and around 300 Ph.D. candidates. The students can use the scholarship to study agronomy, agriculture engineering, post-harvest, food quality, and agriculture economics. Later on, these students will be invited to perform their practical period, and thesis work within The Fruit Republic. Hopefully, one day, some of these students will join as TFR staff and play a key role in professionalizing the Mekong Delta's agriculture sector.
